FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to slurry processing plants, in particular, to installations providing separation of solid substances from liquid substances in slurry. Device for processing slurry contains a frame for supporting elements of installation and at least one chamber for separation of said solid substances and liquid substances. Said chamber has a concave base forming a cylindrical section having a transverse axis and formed from a sieve. Device also includes at least one freely rotating roller transversely installed on at least one lever, which rotates around first transverse shaft. Between said lever and freely rotating roller there is a zone of rotary coupling, which provides possibility of free rotation of said roller around second transverse shaft so that between outer surface of freely rotating roller and said screen is formed contact interface zone. Also, the device comprises a drive unit rotating the above lever around the first transverse shaft, and an elastic device for regulation of pressure applied by the rollers on the sieve so that rotation of the lever provides pressing of the slurry entering the installation to the sieve, at the same time the above liquids pass through the appropriate sieve. Zone of contact conjugation between sieve and roller is formed by non-metallic material on at least one of two contact surfaces forming said coupling so that in said interface there is no contact of metal over metal between surfaces moving relative to each other with provision of destruction of electric bridge between materials.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing wear of device surfaces.
