FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for producing methanol from feed gas containing methane which can be used directly in extraction and initial processing zones of the feed gas. Apparatus includes connected to each other by a system of pipelines furnace for steam reforming of a part of source gas supplied to the plant, with heating of furnace by combustion of another part of source gas and removal of converted gas and flue gases, vessels for preparation and deaeration of water for reforming, a reactor for catalytic synthesis of methanol from converted gas, a column for rectification of methanol, heat exchangers using heat of converted gas for heating water in front of the deaeration vessel, for evaporation of deaerated water and maturation of bottom liquid from the rectification column, heat exchangers using heat of flue gases for heating of deaerated water, overheating of steam before mixing with initial gas, heating of initial gas before mixing with steam, heating of mixture of initial gas with steam before steam reforming furnace, heating of converted gas before catalytic synthesis reactor of methanol, condensers and separators for separation of fluids from gases. In addition, the plant comprises a heat exchanger using heat of converted gas for heating deaerated water, and heat exchangers using heat of flue gases for heating water in front of vessel for water treatment, for evaporation of deaerated water and heating of said other part of source gas before its combustion.

EFFECT: increasing completeness of use of energy potential of converted gas and flue gases flows.
