FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is used for gripping and discharge into a ventilation duct, as well as neutralizing hazardous solid particles and gaseous or vaporous substances formed during industrial processes. Replaceable cartridge for air extraction system, made in form of detachable filter, comprising filter element arranged between inlet and outlet grids, integrated shell ring with lock, inlet and outlet grates of cartridge are made in the form of diffusers, and for distribution of air supplied to filter element through diffuser of inlet grid of cartridge with area equal to area of filtering element air pressure distribution is provided by distance between diffuser and filter element of cartridge, and between outlet grid of cartridge and exhaust housing with outlet branch pipe by spacers, wherein height of spacers depends on physical and chemical characteristics of cartridge filter element and length of inlet and outlet nozzles of air extraction system, respectively, and ensures the passage of the same total air volume in the direction of flow of the supplied air per unit weight of the cartridge filter element through the diffusers by increasing the area of holes from the centre to the periphery and has N air flow passage zones through the perforation holes to the filter element, which are distributed over the perforation holes area of the diffuser and the area of perforation holes in each zone ranges from 50 to 100 %.

EFFECT: this ensures uniformity of filtered air supply in area of contaminated air supply to filtering elements and discharge of purified air with required speed of passage into cartridge and from the cartridge, respectively, which ensures passage of the same volume of contaminated air through the filter element in its central and edge zones.
