METHOD FOR CLOSING EXTENSIVE DEFECTS OF MESOTROPIC PAPER PLATE WITH FREE MUCOPERIOSTEAL FLAP OF MIDDLE NASAL CONCHA Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B17/00

Abstract RU 2691244 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for minimally invasive microendoscopic transnasal surgical treatment of extensive defects of a paper plate. Minimally invasive microendoscopic surgery is carried out in the paranasal nasal system. Surgical intervention is followed by total resection of the middle nasal concha. Then, all bone fragments are separated and removed. Formed mucoperiostal flap is placed in 0.9 % NaCl solution. Remaining fragments of bones of cells of latticed labyrinth, preserved sections of paper plate and areas of remaining periorbite are removed. It is followed by resection of the section of paraorbital cellulitis by the microdetbreader under strict vision control in order to prevent traumatisation of the medial muscle of the eye. Free mucoperiosteal flap is laid in the projection of the paper plate so that the entire surface of paraorbital cellulitis is covered with the flap. Transplant is mobilized with haemostatic tampon.

EFFECT: method enables high-quality and simple closure of extensive defects of the mesometral paper plate, prevented postoperative complications ensured by using the autotransplantation and making the plate plastics simultaneously and intraoperatively.
