FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and otorhinolaryngology. Essence of method lies in the following: resection of medial part of lower orbit wall and place of its transfer into "paper" plate, where there is the most expressed massive of bone tissue, is carried out. Medial orbit wall, bone bridge between medial and lower orbit walls are removed. Hole in anterior wall of maxillary sinus in area of canine fossa is created, and through it medial part of lower orbit wall is removed under constant control of endoscope, which was introduced intranasally.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to reduce quantity of post-operation complications such as diplopia and injuries of infraorbital nerve.
