Depending on the mentioned above formed are: combined transnasal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transcribriformed access; combined transnasal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transclival access; combined transsphenoidal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transellar access; combined transsphenoidal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transtubercular access; combined transsphenoidal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transcavernous access.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for performing adequate endonasal endoscopic approach to respective structure of skull base in people under 18.
