FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and neurosurgery. In selection of endonasal endoscopic access patent's age and localisation of pathological process are taken into account. Depending on the mentioned above formed are: combined transnasal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transcribriformed access; combined transnasal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transclival access; combined transsphenoidal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transellar access; combined transsphenoidal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transtubercular access; combined transsphenoidal and transethmoidal corridor, with application of transcavernous access.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for performing adequate endonasal endoscopic approach to respective structure of skull base in people under 18.
