FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mobilising an upper pole of the tumour from an anterior cranial fossa. A lower pole of the tumour is mobilised transfacially by means of an endoscope by a medial maxillotomy with a medial wall of the orbit separated, an osteotomy of a lateral wall of the nasal cavity and nasal septum. The osteotomy of the lateral wall of the nasal cavity and nasal septum is performed from the cavity of the maxillary sinus cavity by means of the endoscope. The osteotomy of the medial wall of the orbit is performed from the anterior cranial fossa. A single block of the tumour and intact tissues are formed and removed.
EFFECT: method provides mobilising the lower pole of the tumour taking a significant volume in the nasal cavity, preventing an aesthetic defect by avoiding the face incisions.
