FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, is intended for adjustment and charging of gas lift valves by nitrogen and their tests for tightness with increased pressure by means of compressed air. Test bench for charging and charging gas lift valves includes pressure chamber with seat for valve installation connected by means of system of pipelines with shutoff valves with source of compressed air and nitrogen. Pressure chamber is additionally equipped with a compressed nitrogen supply pipeline mounted on the edge of the chamber opposite the compressed air pipeline, which is made in the form of a nitrogen bottle, connected by means of a pipeline with shutoff valves, sensors and pressure regulators with a pressure chamber. Nitrogen feed pipeline is equipped with an additional system of controlled pressure release made in the form of a branch pipe with a parallel valve installed on it and a slow-release needle valve. Besides, air and gas pipelines are interconnected by pipeline-crosspiece with mounted on it ball valve, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, check and bypass valves.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functional capabilities during pneumatic tests.
