FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, to devices for hydraulic testing and pressure testing of blowout equipment. Hydropneumatic station includes a hydraulic circuit for testing preventer hydraulic drives, comprising a tank intended for filling with working fluid, hydropneumatic pump connected to tank and connected to air preparation unit, pressure test pipeline intended for supply of working fluid to hydraulic actuators of preventer connected with hydropneumatic pump connected to pressure test pipeline: manometer, pneumatic hydraulic accumulator, two-section hydraulic distributors; outputs with quick-disconnect connection, connected to hydraulic distributors; pressure testing pipeline is equipped with ball valve to shut off supply of working liquid to pressure test pipeline and safety valve connected to drain pipeline. Station also includes hydraulic circuit of ultra-high pressure for pressure testing, containing power pressure pipeline, intended for supply of working liquid to hydraulic system of pressure test, connected to pressure test pipeline on section before ball valve, which includes high pressure manometer, high-pressure shutoff valves, safety valve connected to drain pipeline, high pressure outlet. Station also includes: an air preparation unit comprising a compressed air source, a pressure regulator, an air manometer; control panel, on which working fluid flow control elements and working fluid parameters monitoring elements are installed for control of preventer hydraulic and pressure hydraulic actuators, including handles of hydraulic distributor, shut-off valves, pressure control handles, pressure gauges.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling to pressurize the housing and performance test of hydraulic drives of blowout equipment by separate supply of working fluid for checking strength and tightness of housing and working fluid for checking operability and tightness of hydraulic drives.
