FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to oil and gas industry, to devices for hydraulic testing and pressure testing of blowout prevention equipment. Hydropneumatic double-pump station for hydraulic testing and pressure testing of the blowout prevention equipment includes a hydraulic circuit for tests of preventer hydraulic drives, containing a tank intended for filling with the first working liquid, hydropneumatic pump connected to tank and connected to air preparation unit, pressure test pipeline intended for supply of first working fluid to hydraulic actuators of preventer connected with hydropneumatic pump connected to pressure test pipeline: manometer, two-section hydraulic distributors; outputs with quick-disconnect connection, connected to hydraulic distributors; pressure testing pipeline is equipped with a ball valve to shut off supply of the first working fluid to the pressure test pipeline and a safety valve connected to the drain pipeline. Station also comprises a superhigh pressure hydraulic circuit for pressing, comprising a tank for filling with a second working fluid, a high-pressure hydropneumatic pump connected to the tank and connected to the air treatment unit, pressure testing pipeline intended for supply of the second working fluid to hydraulic system of pressure test, connected to high-pressure hydropneumatic pump, which includes high pressure manometer, high-pressure shutoff valves, safety valve connected to drain pipeline, high pressure outlet. Station additionally comprises: air preparation unit, comprising compressed air source, pressure regulator, air manometer, pneumatic lines; control panel, on which working fluid flow control elements and working fluid parameters control elements are installed to control preventer and pressure gages hydraulic actuators, including distributor handles, shut-off valves, pressure regulator handles, manometers.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of pressurizing the housing and testing serviceability of hydraulic drives of blowout prevention equipment by independent supply of various working liquids for checking strength and air-tightness of housing and to check operation and tightness of hydraulic drives.
