SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for testing and can be used when conducting hydraulic tests for strength and tightness of enlarged workpieces (assemblies) with ball valves, pipe fittings and other pipeline fittings in an open area. The hydraulic test stand contains a housing (24) in which a high-pressure pump (2), a low-pressure pump (1) and a pressure gauge (18) are rigidly fixed, connected by pipelines and ball valves with a water tank (23) and a test piece. The stand is additionally equipped with a mobile control point (22), two pressure sensors (19, 20), a temperature sensor (21), a pressure relief solenoid valve (25), a relief safety valve (26) and a set (27) of monitoring and control devices. The complex (27) contains a central processor module, an Enternet network module, a module for converting an analog signal into a digital code, a block of switches and a platform with analog converters installed on it; at the same time, the complex of monitoring and control devices is connected by communication lines with a high pressure pump (2), a low pressure pump (1), a temperature sensor (21), two pressure sensors (19, 20), a pressure relief solenoid valve (25) and a mobile station (22) control. The temperature sensor (21) and the complex (27) of monitoring and control devices are rigidly fixed in the housing (24), and the pressure relief solenoid valve (25), two pressure sensors (19, 20) and the relief safety valve (26) are connected to the tested workpiece.
