SUBSTANCE: assembly comprising a filling module and a device configured to use the refilling module, wherein the device has a receiving structure for the refilling module having an input guide, along which the refilling module moves when mounted on the instrument and removed therefrom, wherein the refilling module has an element which serves as a usage storage device, wherein receiving structure has a relief arranged to act on said element during primary installation of filling module on device to ensure its transition from inactive state, in which element is withdrawn from area of refilling module, into active state, in which said element enters inside said area, wherein receiving structure has a fixing component arranged to overlap said element when the latter is in active state during installation of refilling module into receiving structure and removal from it, wherein the element and the fixing component are made so that the said element can pass through the fixing component in the direction of removal of the filling module, and so that the fixing component prevents passage of the said element in the direction of the filling module input in case of attempt of repeated input of the already used filling module. Also disclosed is a filling module used for assembly according to claim 1.

EFFECT: possibility of locking the installation of the filling module using a simple and effective method in case the latter has already been used in the device.
