Self-massage device comprises a body made from nonmagnetic material. Body is made in the form of a cylinder, on the bases of which there are magnets in the circle, and the massage elements are located on the body along the spiral so that the massage elements opposite through the body are connected by means of rods with the possibility of free movement along the axis at the distance of half of the diameter of the permanent magnet. Adjacent rods in the centre contact each other. Diameter of massage elements is less than diameter of rod, height of massage elements is equal to or less than size of diameter of magnets.
