FIELD: lighting engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting equipment and concerns a lighting unit. Lighting unit includes a light source containing a solid-state emitter, a luminescent element and an optical element. Solid-state emitter emits light of the first colour into the luminescent element. Luminescent element absorbs part of light of the first colour and converts part of the absorbed light into light of the second colour. Luminescent element has a light-emitting window through which light of the first and second colours is emitted. Optical element is intended to reduce change of colour depending on angle of light emitted through light-emitting window of luminescent element, and includes surface of light input, surface of light output and at multiple places light-passing wall extending from light input surface to light output surface.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of colour uniformity at all light emission angles.
