SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is an immunogenic composition comprising (I) a primer component consisting of recombinant pseudo adenoviral particles: particles carrying the gene tul4 Francisella tularensis with sequence SEQ ID NO 1, particles carrying the Francisella tularensis fopA gene with the sequence SEQ ID NO 3 and particles carrying the dnaK Francisella tularensis gene with the sequence SEQ ID NO 5, wherein said genes are optimized for expression in eukaryotic cells, and/or (II) a booster component comprising recombinant proteins: DBD-Tul4 protein with sequence SEQ ID NO 16, molecular weight 30.0 kDa containing dextrans-binding dextransuncrase domain of L. citreum KM20, presented by amino acid residues 1–140 of SEQ ID NO 16, Gly-Ser spacer, represented by residues 141–150 of SEQ ID NO 16, and Tul4 protein sequence of Francisella tularensis, represented by residues 151–282 of SEQ ID NO 16; 6-His-FopA protein with sequence SEQ ID NO 18, molecular weight 40.5 kDa; protein DnaK-6His with sequence SEQ ID NO 20, molecular weight 70.4 kDa, and also containing a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent and a method for its production.
EFFECT: invention provides a stable and stable immune response to Francisella tularensis.
