FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to diagnostics. Permeant substances are delivered through the biological membrane of an animal. Average depth of the opening ranges from about 40 to about 90 mcm. Delivery opening is formed by creating micropores, for which a positive pressure is applied between a device for forming micropores and said membrane. In a particular case, said positive pressure results in a vacuum of 0.25 to 0.8 bar.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure the effective capture of penetrating substances through the biological membrane of the animal, by determining the optimum parameters of the openings formed.
