FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming micro-pores and additionally acting with acoustic energy and chemical amplifier. The acoustic energy is modulated with by means of frequency modulation, amplitude modulation, phase modulation and/or their combination. Micro- pore formation is carried out by means of corneal layer destruction and by means of fast local water heating so that water evaporates resulting in this way by cell erosion. Micro-pore formation is carried out by piercing the corneal layer with scalpel of exactly selected size for creating micro-pore of up to 1000 mcm diameter; by means of corneal layer destruction using acoustic energy beam focused upon the mentioned corneal layer; by means of hydraulic puncture of the corneal layer with high pressure liquid jet for building a micro-pore of approximately 1000 mcm diameter; or by piercing the corneal layer with short electric impulses for building a micropore of approximately 1000 mcm diameter. EFFECT: reduced barrier properties of the corneal layer; controlled collection substance for making analysis. 60 cl, 34 dwg, 2tbl
