SUBSTANCE: mixing device relates to chemical, biological and oil refining industry, as well as for mixing liquids or liquids with solid phase in various agitators for laboratory and industrial purposes. Mixing device comprises vessel with bottom, engine, screen, housing, rod with mixer made in form of blades, in the housing there is additionally installed a second screen made in the form of a wave tubular coupling, the driven generator of which is interconnected with the mixer shaft and installed coaxially with the driving generator connected to the motor, separating the first and second shield into two outer and two internal partitions of screens mounted on their binding elastically deformable tube of the wave tubular coupling and tightly connected to the housing and supports of the driving and driven generators, wherein the inner tight cavity between the screens is filled with control fluid and gas.
