FIELD: hand tools.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manipulator operating in sealed volume and can be used as manipulator of electron diffraction substrate. Manipulator is equipped with elastic sealing element located inside compensating tight cavity formed by two external flexible diaphragms installed with offset relative to inner flexible diaphragm of elastically deformable tube and hermetically connected to it and with wall of sealed volume, thus forming elastic partition, separating working space of manipulator from nonworking space.
EFFECT: as a result, higher technological capabilities and reduced weight and dimensions.
