FIELD: grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials grinding devices. Roller crusher includes housing (1), in which rollers (2) with drive are installed on plain bearings. Antifriction bushing of the plain bearing consists of two half-rings (3, 4), one of which is rigidly fixed in bearing housing (6), another semi-ring is installed with possibility of contact with journal of roll (2) by means of device for recesses of gaps equipped with resilient element (5) made in the form of cylinder. Resilient element (5) is filled with magnetic-rheological fluid. In housing (6) there is electromagnet (7), which maintains its magnetic field of specified ordered structure of magnetic particles in liquid and changes it when supplying control signal from electronic unit.
EFFECT: simplified design of device, reduced inertia and increased reliability of device.
