SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nano capsules of dry extract of burdock is characterized by that dry extract of burdock is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in hexane in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as surface-active substances while stirring at 700 rpm, chloroform is then poured in, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, and the core:shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of burdock.
