SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of horsetail is characterized by that dry extract of horsetail is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in hexane in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as surfactant while stirring at 750 rpm, then tetrachloride carbon is added, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, the mass ratio of core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: what is presented is a method for producing horsetail extract nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan.
