SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry, specifically to a method for producing nanocapsules of goldenrod extract. Method for production of nanocapsules of dry extract of goldenrod, in which nanocapsules are represented by kappa-carrageenan, and as core – dry extract of goldenrod, wherein dry extract of goldenrod is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in methanol in presence of 0.01 g of E472 s as a surfactant while stirring at 600 rpm, then adding 7 ml of methylene chloride, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein weight ratio of core : shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method described above simplifies and speeds up the process of producing nanocapsules and increases mass output.
