SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, medicine, cosmetic and food industry. Method of producing nano capsules of a plantain extract is characterized by that a plantain yeast extract is added to a kappa-carrageenan suspension in isoheptane in presence of 0.01 g glycerol ester with one or two food fatty acid molecules and one or two molecules of citric acid as surfactant while stirring 700 rpm, acetonitrile is then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, with the core:shell mass ratio being 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.

EFFECT: method for obtaining nanocapsules of dry plantain extract has been proposed.
