SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nano-capsules of dry extract of red brush is characterized by that dry extract of red brush is added to suspension of sodium alginate in methanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as surface- active substance while stirring at 800 rpm, acetonitrile is then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, with the core:shell mass ratio being 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of a red brush.
