SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to a method for producing nanocapsules, and describes a method for producing nanocapsules of a dry extract of birch leaves in a shell of guar gum. Method is characterized by the fact that a dry extract of birch leaves is added to a suspension of guar gum in hexane in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with stirring at 800 rpm, then chloroform is poured in, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, the core:shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
