SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of Rhodiola quadrifida is characterized by that nano capsules are represented by kappa-carrageenan, and as core – dry extract of Rhodiola quadrifida, wherein the dry extract of Rhodiola quadrifida is added to the kappa-carrageenan suspension in isopropanol in presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 700 rpm, acetonitrile is then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, with the core:shell mass ratio being 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of Rhodiola quadrifida.
