FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, namely, to mixture for production of cast ceramic rods, mainly used in casting blades of gas-turbine engines from heat-resistant alloys. Mixture contains, wt%: electrocorundum (Al2O3) 77.0–85.0, fused silicon dioxide (SiO2) 10.0–13.0, zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) 3.0–5.0, reaction-active modification of magnesium oxide (MgO) 1.0–2.0, silicon carbide (SiC) 1.0–3.0, low-melting plasticizer based on paraffin with polyethylene over 100 % – 10–16. Mixture has the following fractional composition, containing wt%: powders with size of 100–120 mcm – 46.0–48.0, powders with size of 30–40 mcm – 47.0–49.0 and powders with size of 3–10 mcm – 5.0–7.0.
EFFECT: higher quality of casts from heat-resistant alloys due to higher strength, heat resistance, geometrical accuracy and smaller depth of interaction of rod with alloys.
