FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a metallurgy and can be used to produce GTE cooled blades. Method of manufacturing a foundry core for casting refractory alloy cooled blades includes the manufacture of a fired ceramic rod having an upper sign, the production of a melted model with the ceramic core placed in it, layer-by-layer application to the model of the ceramic shell, removal of the model, calcination of the foundry core. On the upper sign of the ceramic rod, a porous interlayer is formed by applying, prior to calcination, the foundry core of the refractory slurry containing the material burned under calcination.

EFFECT: compensation is provided for the difference in the expansion of the foundry core and the rod during the pouring of the alloy into the foundry core and obtaining the blade width specified by the engineer.
