FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pipes from high-strength steels by molding with internal pressure. Method of producing tube from high-dilined steel with TRIP and/or TWIP and having completely or partially austenitic microstructure with at least 5% residual austenite includes melting of high-alloy steel containing, wt. %: Cr from 7 to 20; Mn from 2 to 9; Ni up to 9; C from 0.005 to 0.4; N from 0.002 to 0.3; optionally Al from 0 to 3; Si ranges from 0 to 2; Mo from 0.01 to 3; Cu from 0.005 to 4; V from 0 to 2; Nb from 0 to 2; Ti ranges from 0 to 2; Sb from 0 to 0.5; B from 0 to 0.5; Co from 0 to 5; W ranges from 0 to 3; Zr from 0 to 2; Ca from 0 to 0.1; P from 0 to 0.6; S from 0 to 0.2, iron and unavoidable impurities is the balance; horizontal or vertical casting of steel to produce strip billet or slab or thin slab; hot rolling of strip workpiece with thickness of 2 mm or more, or slab or thin slab to produce hot-rolled strip; if necessary, cold rolling of hot-rolled strip; forming the strip and welding it to produce a pipe and forming the pipe under the action of internal pressure of the active medium while maintaining the temperature of the active medium from room temperature (RT) to 500 °C.
EFFECT: steel is characterized by high capacity for cold deformation, which enables to produce pipes under action of internal pressure of active medium from room temperature to 500 °C.
