SUBSTANCE: device comprises support 1 consisting of upper 12 level, middle 13 level with slot 13, lower level 14, connected by means of studs 15 threaded, arranged inside lower 10 and upper 11 posts, piston 5, shell 3, in the bottom of which there is an outlet hole. At that, upper 12 level is made with pneumatic cylinder 7 equipped with display 22 of piston 5 and ferromagnetic 21, which is attached to it through bolt connection, wherein to piston of pneumatic cylinder 7 piston 5 is attached, on base 18 of which there is piston ring 17 of fluoroplastic, pressed by pressure nut by means of threaded connection, shell 3 consists of head part 4 from nonferrous metal, equipped with locking ring 6, and stainless steel cylinder 16, inner surface of which is honing with Ra 0.32–0.04 mcm, and clamping mechanism 2 made in form of screw pair is attached to lower level.

EFFECT: invention provides longer service life and reliability of operation.
