FIELD: energy transforming machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power machines and concerns mainly reciprocating compressors and their cooling systems. A reciprocating two-cylinder compressor with autonomous liquid jacket cooling contains the first (1) and second (2) cylinders with suction (3, 4) and discharge (5, 6) valves connecting the working cavities (7, 8) of the cylinders (1, 2) through the suction (12) and discharge (13) pipelines and, respectively, the suction and discharge cavities (10, 11) with the gas source and consumer. The cylinders (1, 2) have a liquid cooling jacket (14) and pistons (15, 16) connected to the drive mechanism. The suction cavities of both cylinders are combined into a single suction cavity (9), which is connected to a sealed container (24) filled with liquid. The container (24) has suction (26) and discharge (27) valves connected to a liquid cooling jacket (14) connected to an additional container (31), which is filled with liquid and has an opening (32) connecting the cavity of this container (31) to the atmosphere. The suction pipeline (12) is equipped with a flap (33) that can partially overlap this pipeline (12). The flap (33) is equipped with a device for moving it in the direction of overlapping the suction pipeline (12), installed in the upper part (35) of the cylinders (1, 2). The variants of reciprocating two-cylinder compressors are also disclosed.
EFFECT: reduction of effort to pump the coolant.
