FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to production of surfactant from bovine lungs. For this purpose, bovine lungs are released from bronchi, cut into pieces sized 30×30×30 mm, milled at rotor-stator disintegrator, obtained extract is centrifuged in a flow centrifuge at low rpm, after which supernatant is held at +4 °C for an hour and repeatedly centrifuged in a flow centrifuge at 22,000-250,000 g, sediment is re-suspended in water, centrifuged once more at 10,000-15,000 g and the residue is extracted with chloroform and methanol in chloroform-methanol-water 1:2:0.8. To the obtained extract water solution of potassium chloride is added, mixed and left for 1 hour at room temperature, bottom and intermediate layers are removed, to which chloroform is added to initial volume, mixed and organic solvents are removed on rotary evaporator, the residue is resuspended in water. After the lipid phosphorus is determined in the emulsion, it is packaged to the vials and lyophilised.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain the target product within 5 working days in amount of 2,5 of 1 kg of raw material.
