In addition to etiotropic antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant therapy, a patient with preserved spontaneous breathing is inhaled a surfactant-BL at a dose of 75 mg with a patient weighing 70-80 kg 2-4 times a day with a gradual transfer of the patient to breathing with atmospheric air. Such inhalations are carried out within 2-5 days.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment of patients with moderate and severe COVID-19 pneumonia due to the use of surfactant-BL in the treatment.
