Then glucocorticoids and antibiotics are administrated and then (not late 12 h) - pulmonary surfactant as the preparation "surfactant-BL by seances for 4-6 h for 2-3 days, every day or constantly at daily dose 750-1000 mg. Method provides the rapid stabilization of patients state and increases their viability using small total course doses of surfactant. Invention can be used for prophylaxis and treatment of patients at critical states in the case of direct damage of lung with stomach content. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of prophylaxis and treatment. 1 tbl
