FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydropower engineering. Hydroelectric power plant includes two housings 1 and 2 installed in parallel on both sides of bed 3 river or channel, divided by partitions 4 into two working lines 5 with reservoirs 11 and 12, and located between them offtake line 6, equipped with shutters 7 and 8. In each housing 1, 2 there are two chambers 17 with inlet and outlet holes 18–21, in which there are floats 24 and crankshaft 27 with flywheel 28 connected by connecting rods 25 with floats 24. Cuffs 26 of shaft 27 in chambers 17 are located in one plane and directed in one direction, in housings 1, 2 are installed by necks 26 in opposite directions. Line 6 is communicated with bypass lines 14. Each housing 1, 2 is installed between lines 5 and 14. Holes 18–21 of chambers 17 are arranged with the possibility of communication with lines 5 and 14, and shutters 22 shutting them are connected by rope systems 33, 36 with electric motors 31, 32, 34, 35. In one of chambers 17 of housings 1, 2 float switch 37 is installed, and on gate 22 of its outlet hole 19 sucker switch 40 for connection of corresponding electric motor 31, 32, 34, 35, which are connected by electric circuit to electric generator 30 connected with shafts 27.
EFFECT: invention is aimed increasing power generation.
