SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used to transmit information to subscribers moving on trajectories in the area of direct visibility from each other. Information transmission system includes a GLONAS signal receiver, which output is connected to the motion parameter reception / transmission unit input, the first output of which is connected to the omnidirectional radio channel antenna, and the second output to the digital decision unit input, which output is parallel connected to control inputs of transmitting controlled phased antenna array and control unit of optical radiation direction of infrared laser, information input of which is connected to output of infrared laser unit, wherein output of UHF signal generation unit is connected to information input of transmitting controlled phased antenna array, receiving part includes receiving controlled phased antenna array and unit of controlled lenses, control inputs of which are combined and connected to output of digital decision unit, wherein input of photodetectors unit is connected to output of controlled lenses unit, and input of converter is connected to output of receiving controlled antenna array.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functional capabilities of a system for transmitting command or communication information to a group of subscribers.
