FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave transceiver devices intended for operation in an active phased array antenna (APAA). APAA transceiver module comprises switch 1 connected to the microwave signal generator, switch control device 2, electro-optical phase shifter 3 formed by LEDs 4, liquid crystal matrix spatial optical modulator 5, control device of modulator 6 and matrix of microlenses7; multi-channel optical fiber 8, transceiver 9 consisting of photodiode 10 and dual-gate field-effect transistor with built-in channel 11, emitters 12 that are APAA elements and made with a loop driver and receiver 13 formed by adder 14 and receiver 15. Optical modulator 5 is made in the form of matrix of dimension N×M, where N is the number of microwave radiators, and M is the number of LEDs 4. LEDs are connected to the output of switch 1. LEDs 4 are at different distances from modulator 5 to provide a time delay for the optical signals passing through modulator 5.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by the claimed invention simplifies the design of the APAA transceiver module.
