FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining and can be used for cleaning kerosene fractions from mercaptans. Described is a method of demercaptanisation of kerosene fractions by contacting raw material and hydrogen at high temperature and pressure in the presence of a catalyst, followed by removal of hydrogen sulphide, with preliminary oil rectification at primary processing units and extraction of light gasoline fraction in pre-evaporation column and distillation of straight-run gasoline and kerosene fraction in main rectification column, which top temperature is controlled by sharp irrigation in the helical part of the main rectification column, demercaptanisation of the kerosene fraction is carried out by bringing the downstream stream of the raw material mixture into contact with hydrogen in the reactor, wherein at sharp irrigation of helmet part of main rectification column part of gasoline is replaced with kerosene in ratio by volume of petrol to kerosene 0.95–0.65:0.05–0.35.
EFFECT: high output of kerosene while improving quality of kerosene with high thermo-oxidative stability thereof.
