FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials, particularly to slag-lime binder, and can be used for making solutions and concrete for various purposes. Binder including wastes from production of mineral wool and an alkaline activator contains wastes of production of mineral wool of fraction less than 2.5 mm, ground to specific surface of 350–400 m2/kg, and as an alkaline activator - 6–11 % aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide technical at the following ratio of components, wt. %: said wastes of production of mineral wool 81, 63–82, 44, said solution is the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is improved strength characteristics at lowering of binder, involving production of construction materials of large-tonnage wastes of industry.
