FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: Alkali-activated binder, including waste from mineral wool production and an alkaline activator. The binder contains these wastes in the form of dust taken from the air degassing system of the cupola during supply and melting of the charge of mineral wool production, fraction less than 0.16 mm, with a specific surface area of 700-800 m2/kg, and additionally contains granulated blast-furnace slag with a basicity modulus 0.95-1.10 with a specific surface of 400-550 m2/kg, solid residue of sludge waste from soda production, burned at a temperature of 800-900°C with a specific surface of 400-500 m2/kg, lignite fly ash from a thermal power plant with a specific surface of 350-400 m2/kg, the alkaline activator is a mixture of an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with a concentration of 5-10 mol/L and sodium metasilicate density at a temperature of 20°C not less than 1.36-1.5 kg/L with a mass fraction of sodium oxide of 8.1-13.3% with a silicate module of 2.7-3.3, taken in a ratio of 1:1 in the following ratio, wt.%: specified dust of the gas cleaning system - 75, granulated blast-furnace slag - 10, calcined solid sediment of sludge waste from soda production - 10, lignite fly ash from a thermal power plant - 5, the specified mixture of an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium metasilicate over 100% to obtain a water-solid ratio - W/S 0.5-0.9.

EFFECT: reduces carbon dependence, resource saving and utilization of industrial by-products without reducing the strength properties similar to clinker cements.
