FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for tying a friction knot. One end of the suture is held with 1 and 2 fingers of the left hand, while the other end of the suture is held with 1 and 2 fingers of the right hand. Suture end held by 1 and 2 fingers of the left hand is held under 5 finger of the left hand so that it passes along the back and palmar surface of 3, 4 and 5 fingers of the left hand; wherein the other end of the suture, held by 1 and 2 fingers of the right hand, is placed on palmar surface 3, 4 and 5 fingers of the left hand. 3 and 4 fingers of the left hand grasp the end of the suture, held by 1 and 2 fingers of the right hand, by bringing it to the end of the suture, held by 1 and 2 fingers of the left hand, forming a loop, in which are located 3 and 4 fingers of the left hand. With 3 right hand finger, the end of the suture held by 1 and 2 fingers of the right hand is grasped, moving it on palmar surface 3 and 4 fingers of the left hand. 3 finger of left hand is brought to end of suture, fixed by 1 and 2 fingers of left hand, by gripping this end of suture between 3 and 4 fingers of left hand, and its removal into previously formed loop. That end of suture is intercepted by 1 and 2 fingers of the left hand. End of the suture fixed by 1 and 2 with the fingers of the right hand is tensioned to form the first half-knot which is reduced along the suture to the wound edges. Performing mirror formation of second half-knot with its reduction to first half-knot. Third simple half-knot is formed, reducing it to the second half-knot.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent knot unbedding.
