SUBSTANCE: friction knot is formed like a stevedore knot. The knot is performed on the fingers of right hand with a monofilament yarn. When tying the knot, the yarn is stretched at the opposite end of the yarn direction, forming a sliding knot that brings together the edges of the connected cuts of biological tissues. The knot is tightened in the depth of the wound.
EFFECT: increasing the strength of retaining properties of the sliding friction knot, created by monofilament yarns.
