FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pericardial flexible collar created in in-flow part of the valve. The flow part of the conduit is produced from calf pericardium and has two separate parts one of which has sealed connection via the flexible pericardial collar to the in-flow part and the second one with exit part of the aorta. Method involves producing flexible collar and flow part of the conduit from pretreated calf pericardium. The flexible collar is created from calf pericardium flap and fixed from internal side of in-flow segment of the aorta root below the level cusps attachment to aortic wall with captured intima and median part and with free flap edges being sutured to each other and the calf pericardium flap being attached to the aortic wall with adventitial and median layers being captured. To produce flow part of the conduit, two calf pericardium flaps are used. One wedge-like flap is attached from inside of in-flow segment of the aorta valve to pericardial flexible collar. Free edges of the flaps are tightly sutured to each other. The second rectangular pericardium flap is attached in exit segment of the aorta to internal surface. Free edges of the flap are tightly sutured to each other through all layers beginning from the aorta. The 3-4 like sutures are put in. EFFECT: improved hemodynamic features; reduced risk of conduit dysfunction and xenoaortic valve and anastomosis zones obstruction. 3 cl, 1 dwg
