FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ecology, in particular to technologies for restoration of disturbed lands during drilling operations at construction of wells in conditions of Extreme North. Recultivation method includes purification of the liquid phase, mixing drilling wastes with peat. Reclamated barn from above is equipped with waterproof material laid on the bottom and its walls and fixed in the ground. Method also includes use of heat carrier with air-conducting pipe, distributing perforated pipelines, equipped with blind ends, distributed supply of warm compressed air of heat carrier by means of fan and control of heated air zone, which is made with a jet-guiding system in the form of horizontal louvres with the possibility of controlling them by means of a rod with a rotary handle, made outside the branch pipe with a horizontal rack in the form of gear ledges. Heat exchange in the mass of mixing solid phase of drilling wastes with peat takes place above the layer with air permeable gravel in the form of granules filled from above distributing pipelines and branch pipes with heads, and close with a layer of mineral soil. Distributing device is used, the area of which is equal to total cross-sectional area of all branch pipes coming out of distributing device. Heat carrier is used to supply warm compressed air into vertical and horizontal sections of pipeline connected to distributing device. Distributing device is equipped with a confusor and placed on the floor of the barn and connected to distributing perforated pipelines in the form of branches with outlet branch pipes. Dome-type discharge heads with overlapped distributors are attached to outlet branch pipes. Distributing perforated pipelines and branch pipes are made of wear-resistant polyethylene material. Heat carrier combustion chamber at inlet has distributing unit in form of mixing branch pipe with inlet channels, holes of which are connected to delivery device in form of impeller, cold compressed air of which is supplied to distribution unit and gas, having spark plug, wherein the combustion chamber is equipped with a screen in the form of a tray installed in space coaxially to the output diminishing opening of the truncated cone.
EFFECT: heat carrier operates in automatic mode and provides higher reliability in operation; besides, the invention allows reducing the negative impact on the ecological environment and reducing material costs during reclamation of sludge pits.
