SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics, and is intended for use in treating deforming osteoarthrosis knee joint (gonarthrosis) of the second degree. Autograft is sampled, the canal is formed in the tibia and the autograft is placed in the formed canal. Tibia is formed by two channels by cutting out cylindrical elements in a subchondral area of a medial condyle of the tibia. Additionally, two canals are formed by cutting cylindrical elements in a subchondral area of a femoral bone medial condyle, wherein the canals in the femoral bone and tibia are cut parallel to each other and relative to the articular fissure of the knee joint, sampling the autograft by separating from the iliac flap of four cylindrical elements corresponding to the size of the cylindrical channels in the femoral bone and tibia, the appropriate elements of the autograft are inserted into the femoral bone and tibia channels, while the cylindrical elements formed in femoral bone and tibia are inserted into the autograft sampling point in the iliac wing.

EFFECT: method ensures preservation of integrity of all anatomical structures of knee joint and wing of iliac bone, providing high clinical effectiveness.
