According to the small curvature of the stomach in the supra-pyloric department, a platform for a stitching device is allocated. A suturing device is installed through an isolated platform. It is placed in the longitudinal direction relative to the wall, closer to the small curvature. The stomach is transected with a suturing device, preserving sufficient gaps for the passage of food. The formed antiperistaltic flap is removed from the small curvature of the stomach to the anterior abdominal wall. The removed end of the flap is cut off, a probe is installed in the lumen.

EFFECT: method provides adequate enteral nutrition, preparation of the stomach for use as a graft during subsequent plastic surgery, reduction of traumatic surgery in patients with malignant diseases of the esophagus.
