SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to versions of device (2) for creation of vacuum for application in medicine for vacuum treatment of wounds on human or animal body. In the first version, the device comprises housing (6), which comprises a first housing part (8) and a second housing part (10). First part (8) of the body comprises a device for producing vacuum, and second part (10) of the body comprises reservoir (12) for receiving a wound separable pumped from the wound. Second part (10) of the case is attached to first part (8) of the body with possibility of disconnection. Suction tube extending to the body is provided with connection element (16) so that a vacuum communication is established between the device for producing vacuum, with container (12) and a suction tube going to the body. Device comprises fastener (4) with invariable shape for arrangement of device (2) on support (30). Fastening element (4) is made with possibility of transition relative to housing (6) between position (G) for use, in which it protrudes from housing (6), and retracted position (S), in which it adjoins housing (6). Fastening element (4) is arc-shaped so that fastening element (4) together with body (6) form through hole (33), continuously limited in direction along perimeter (U) with fastening element (4) in position (G) for application. Fastening element (4) comprises hook-shaped section (28) for arrangement of device (2) on support (30) by means of engagement and / or engagement. In the second version, the device is characterized in that the fastening element is configured to switch between the position for use and the retracted position by turning about a pivot axis passing horizontally when the device is in the proper working position.
