SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, medicine, pharmacology and veterinary medicine. Method of producing metronidazole nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan is characterized by that nano capsules are represented by kappa-carrageenan, as a nucleus – metronidazole, wherein into the kappa-carrageenan suspension in hexane and 0.01 g of the preparation E472c, used as a surfactant is added metronidazole powder, then 6 ml of Hladon-113 is added; obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried; at that, mass ratio of nucleus:shell in nanocapsules makes 1:3, 1:1 or 1:2.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing metronidazole nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan.
