SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conversion equipment and can be used for supply of frequency-controlled AC electric drives in autonomous power plants with variable frequency of generator drive to obtain stable frequency. Converter comprises first to twelve analog-to-digital converters (ADC) (1…12), from the first to twelfth subtractors (13…24), from the first to the eleventh least voltage selection units (LVSU) (25…35), from the first to the twelfth logic elements AND (36…47), switch (48), memory unit (49), which sets voltage amplitude register (50), setting frequency register (51), pulse counter (52), stable pulse generator (53), OR logical element (54), numerical comparator (55). Least voltage selection units (25…35) have the same structure, including numerical comparator (56), first (57) and second (58) n-bit electronic switches, first (59) and second (60) short pulse shapers, OR logic element (61), RS- trigger (62), memory register (63). Switch (48) is connected to power supply buses A, B, C and 0. It comprises from first to twenty-eighth electronic switches (64…91), RS-trigger (92), pulse distributor (93), START bus (94), first (95) and second (96) output clamps of the converter.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities by eliminating the effect of variation of the supply voltage on the output voltage.
